At Ziiya the Label, we want every little outfit to be loved 💫 If something’s not quite right, please see our returns policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 30 days from the date of purchase for a change of mind exchange or credit note.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With tags still attached

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All online exchanges must be requested by emailing
general@ziiyathelabel.com

Credit Notes

If you choose a credit note, it will be issued for the value of your original order (excluding postage) and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Your credit note will be emailed to you as a unique gift card code, which can be entered at checkout when you’re ready to place your next order

Please note:
All sale items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange, credit note, or refund, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Items

I’ve received an item and think it may be faulty — what do I do?
Firstly, we’re so sorry 🤍 We take great care in ensuring the quality of every Ziiya the Label piece.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at general@ziiyathelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include:
A clear photo of the fault
Your order number
Our team will carefully review your request and be in touch to assist you with the next steps as soon as possible.
